Scrap makes us beautiful! Parts of fruits and vegetables we are used to throwing away actually contain excellent properties which we can put to good use as beauty treatments. Potato skin is the perfect remedy against reddening and burns, orange peel can be useful for a delicate face peel, whereas peach and apricot stones have a smoothing effect on the driest of body areas, like the heels. With fruit and vegetable your beauty regime is 100% natural and sustainable!

Natural colors

Out of all kitchen utensils, without a doubt the extractor is your best ally this summer as it is useful for preparing fresh and thirst-quenching drinks which maintain all the properties of fruit and vegetables. What about the scraps? Switch on the blender and enjoy creating veritable natural watercolors. Blueberry skin can be used to obtain an intense blue, spinach stalks are the perfect scrap for creating an emerald green color. An unusual way to appreciate vegetables, for children too!

Scraps aren't really scraps if we know how to (re)use them: fruit peels are the ideal ingredient for infusions which can be enriched with aromatic herbs and placed in the fridge for a fresh and thirst-quenching drink any time.
