GOOD MANNERS IN THE FIELD
This concept embraces the values of the short and clean Pomì supply chain, inspired by the zero kilometer principle: this is why tomatoes grown close to home are the primary ingredient of all our products.

You get what you give. Especially with land.
This concept embraces the values of the short and clean Pomì supply chain, inspired by the zero kilometer principle: this is why tomatoes grown close to home are the primary ingredient of all our products.
Right where Pomì Farmers and Agronomists can see them and touch them with their own hands, guaranteeing the transparency and simplicity of a supply chain in which there is no room for intensive farming, with a constant commitment to reducing the consumption of energy resources.
Because the land is the resource we hold dearest: we strive to protect it from processes that pollute the environment and procedures that alter its morphology.
Is it possible to strive for sustainability in the field? At Pomì we have always done so, by rigorously implementing a series of good practices which aim above all to protect the land, so as to obtain a simple, freshly prepared product.
Union means goodness
Everything starts from the farms, united to thoroughly manage each step of the supply chain: from the selection of seeds to growth, harvest, processing and packaging, with all the attention and care you would expect to be dedicated to the important things in life.
Goodness grows on trees
The drip irrigation system leverages the most advanced technology to irrigate Pomì tomato fields in order to optimize water consumption, because land and water go hand in hand in guaranteeing the salubrity of the environment.
Transparent stories
The simplicity of processes combined with technological innovation have always been cornerstones of our supply chain and we convey this with clarity to our consumers; our desire to do so with transparency has given rise to Pomìtrace, an innovative traceability system that guarantees the possibility to trace every single tin from the shelf right back to the very field in which the tomatoes used to make it were grown. A transparent story, a click away.
